The BLAIR BAG was designed by our daughter Blair, hence the name. She wanted a bag to slip over the shoulders in which she could carry stuff back and forth from the pool. There are four outside open pockets and two adjustable shoulder straps. A cord with a locking ball cinches the top. The inside is lined with cordura to prevent moisture from leaking through. It is a great bag for children and adults. The exterior pockets and webbing is always navy blue, you specify the body color
