The Port Canvas Company is all about choices, you make the decisions by selecting the options and we create a bag specifically for you. If there are no custom features and it's in stock, we typically ship within 24 hours. If you select custom features (key lanyard, cordura lining, longer handles, etc...we typically ship within two business weeks. You can always call toll free to confirm delivery at 800/333-6788.

MONOGRAM
When you order a monogrammed product which is in stock, it will typically ship within 24 hours. Some bags cannot be monogrammed after they are made such as some handbags, delivery will typically be two business weeks. Long names might require us to embroider the canvas and then make the bag, resulting in a two-week lead-time. Please contact the Port Canvas Company toll free at 800/333-6788 if there are any questions.

SHIPPING METHOD
After selecting your product, you will be asked shipping information. We generally use the United Parcel Service (UPS) so a street address is required. The advantage to UPS is that they have a telephone tracking service which allows us to respond with detailed delivery information for any inquiry. Shipping using the United States Postal Service (USPS) is available to Post Office Boxes but we are not setup for prompt handling of these shipments and tracking them. If we are required to ship via the USPS, the Port Canvas Company cannot be held responsible for lost or missing shipments.

ACCELERATED SHIPPING
Accelerated shipping is available. The first thing you need to do is contact the Port Canvas Company toll free at 800/333-6788 and determine if the item you are ordering is in stock. If it is not in stock, we will discuss delivery with you or suggest an alternate option.
For accelerated shipping, we use either the United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Prices vary for locations within the United States, please contact the Port Canvas Company toll free at 800/333-6788 to determine actual cost.

The Port canvas Company offers you the convenience of secure ordering via this website. Simply fill your shopping cart, determine payment method and press send. You will receive a confirmation response within 24 Hours during the business week.

You can order toll free by calling 800/333-6788 Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm EST. Immediately after the Christmas Holidays, December 24th through January 15th, we tend to take a deserved break. In addition, the powder rule applies during the ski season, if there is powder, we are probably going to be closed!
