DELIVERY FROM STOCK
The Port Canvas Company maintains a significant stock of its most popular products in the most popular product color combinations. However, there are times when products become unavailable for a short period of time. All out of stock bags are typically made and ready for shipping within two weeks.
DELIVERY OF EMBROIDERED BAGS
Most Port Canvas Products can be monogrammed directly from stock. If we have the bag in stock, it will usually ship within one business day.
There are a few exceptions like some handbags, which cannot be monogrammed after they are made. If in doubt and facing a deadline, please contact the Port Canvas Company at 800/333-6788 before ordering.
DELIVERY OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS
For the following custom features, the Port Canvas Company typically ships within two weeks. We do not stock bags with these features:

DELIVERY OF NON-PORT CANVAS PRODUCTS
From time to time, the Port Canvas Company offers products, which it doesn't manufacture. If we are out of stock, you will be notified and offered a shipping date or an alternate product.
In some case, particularly Director's Chairs, products may be drop shipped.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During the Holiday Season, the Port Canvas Company ships according to the United Parcel Service schedule. Typically most products can be scheduled for overnight delivery a few days prior to the actual holiday.
